Putting together a delicious after-school snack has never been so easy. This recipe calls for 4 ingredients, which every member of your family loves, but when combined, they’re an even bigger hit and will have everyone worshipping you for bringing this soon-to-be favorite snack together. What are the 4 ingredients that we’re talking about?
- Tater tots
- Bacon (chopped)
- Ranch dressing
- Purchase your favorite brand of tater tots and lay out as many as you’d like on a baking sheet and cook at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
- While the tater tots bake, chop some bacon and cook it thoroughly in a skillet. Make sure the meat is crispy because who doesn’t enjoy crunchy bacon?
- Add 9 to 11 tater tots onto skewers. Place them back on the baking tray and top with bacon and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. This is just enough time for the cheese to become piping hot.
- Serve with a side of ranch dressing or any other dipping sauce that is popular in your household.
This simple recipe will make for a great after-school snack or can even be served when hosting a party. Having the food on the skewer makes it easy for guests to serve themselves and if you’re feeding a large crowd, break the sticks in half and reduce the number of tater tots on each skewer.
