Make it!

  1. Get the veggies & fruit prepped first: Trim the Brussels sprout sand slice them in half (through the stem). Core the apple and slice it into ½” wedges. Put the Brussels sprouts and apples in a large bowl with the olive oil, brown sugar, and dried rosemary and sage. Generously salt and pepper everything, mix it up, and save it for later!
  2. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Salt and pepper the pork chops. Get out two large bowls. In one, mix the Panko, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, basil, parsley, and thyme. Stir in the vegetable oil, and add some salt and pepper. In the other, mix the eggs and milk.
  3. Dip each pork chop into the eggs and milk and then pat it into the bread crumb mixture to fully coat the chop. Lay the pork chops on a lightly oiled baking sheet and spoon the Brussels sprouts and apples around them.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flip the chops, and bake for 10-12 minutes more. The pork should have an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Serve right away while it’s hot!
