Take Snacking To The Next Level With Our Guacamole Shrimp Bites

When you want a little taste of seafood without having to commit to an entire meal, we have the perfect dish for you! These guacamole shrimp bites make for a great appetizer, as well as a delicious entree any time of day!


  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 lb raw shrimp
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Olive oil
  • Sliced sweet potato



  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peeled avocados, the garlic powder, cilantro, wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and the lime juice, and mix together well. Be sure that the avocado gets mashed in consistency so that it will easily spread.
  2. In a separate bowl, add in the 1 lb of raw shrimp, and mix it together with the paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Once covered, place them in a pan on the stove and cook on medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil, and spread olive oil evenly across the entire thing. Slice a sweet potato and lay the pieces on the foil, then drizzle more olive oil on top of each piece.
  5. Salt to taste, then bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes. Plate the sweet potato and place the guacamole mixture on top, and finally two or three pieces of shrimp. Then, serve hot and enjoy!
